Toom Tragel (b. 1989, Estonia) is a young creator from Tallinn, whose main interest is drawing. Tragel is looking for different ways to use drawing as a tool and has recently been interested in storytelling. Tragel graduated in 2011 from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a BA in graphic design.

Martin Märss (Estonia) is a freelance illustrator and stencil art hobbyist. His rolemodel in life is his pet cat, who thinks she is the boss of things. Märss envies the cat’s easy attitude towards life and has taken upon himself to learn form her example. Märss took part in Nordicomics Tallinn workshop in 2011.
Elina Sildre (b.1980, Estonia) studied in the Estonian Academy of Arts and now works as a freelance illustrator. At the moment she illustrates children’s books and draws comics for several children’s magazines.
Stella Salumaa (b. 1985 in Tallinn, Estonia) studied cultural theory in Tallinn’s University, where she got interested in folklore.
Kristel Maamägi (EE b. 1986) studied in Tartu Art School and in the Estonian Academy of Arts. She is interested in telling stories in many different mediums including film, theatre, illustration and comics.
Joonas Sildre (b. 1980) has studied in the Estonian Academy of Arts and is currently a freelance illustrator.
The Finnish Comics Society is hosting a Nordicomics workshop in Tallinn. The workshop will be held in Rotermanni keskus in central tallinn, Estonia, at the Pop-up Koomiksikeskus from 5th to 9th of December 2011. At the same time there will be the Nordicomics Baltic exhibition, which showcases new comics from the Nordic and Baltic countries.
