Unfortunately it is not accurate as you only mention one of the comics festivals in Norway on the list over Nordic comics festivals. There are more festivals than Oslo Comics Expo.

The oldest one is Raptus in Bergen:

A newer one is Krusedull in Harstad. The third Krusedull festival wil be arranged in October. Then there is FestenForresten in Sarpsborg, which was held for the first time in May. In Oslo there is also a comics festival for children called Seriefest. Seriefest had its first festival in April. Later this year there will also be a festival in Kristiansand.
