Rikke Bakman (DK, b. 1980) discovered comics late, but found that it is the perfect medium for her storytelling. Memory is the keystone in her stories, memories which open up to moods and sensory impressions.
Mari Ahokoivu (FIN b. 1984) has studied comics at Liminka art school and at EESI, Angoulême and is currently attending Kvarnby Comics School in Malmö. Her publications include Sarjakuvantekijän opas (BTJ kustannus 2007) and Löydä minut tästä kaupungista (Asema 2009) and several zines.
Kristel Maamägi (EE b. 1986) studied in Tartu Art School and in the Estonian Academy of Arts. She is interested in telling stories in many different mediums including film, theatre, illustration and comics.
Joonas Lehtimäki (FIN b. 1981) lives in Helsinki and studies art education in the Aalto University of Art and Design. He also works in the Helsinki Comics Center and is active in the background of Finnish comic field.
Joakim Ojanen (SWE) is currently studying illustration and graphic design at Konstfack in Stockholm. Late last year he released a zine calledStreet Smart and recently a dubble zine called Limo Zine Plus One.
